Property Management
Staffed with managers holding the ICSC' s designation of
Certified Property Manager (CSM), the Company has provided property
management and asset management services to its clients for almost
three decades. Properties big and small, complex or simple, have
received the focus and attention to have their needs met.
Property Leasing
The backbone of retail value is leasing, The Company has
maintained this as one of its guiding principles. In the early
'70's, the Company identified its need to define computer solutions
for it leasing data requirements. The result was the development of
the Company’s proprietary software, InfoCenter. Today
InfoCenter offers the Company property management, leasing,
investment sales and financial projections capabilities. Leasing is
a systematic approach of contacting prospects and providing the
tools for decision making. It requires dedicated and resilient
people to perform these tasks on a reoccurring basis. The Brandon
Company has a proven record of success.
Development
Many people view the development process as the business of
wealth accumulation. However in todays retail arena, it is a
competitive, fiercely fought battle with ever tightening margins of
profit. Those that survive and those that continue to prosper, are
indeed a stalwart breed. The
Company has survived, weathering good and bad times and continues to
prosper. Development has been one of the Company's main activities
over the past three decades. Each project has hands-on supervision
from a principal. All budgets are prepared and all draws are
controlled by principals. As Owners themselves, the principals of
the Company clearly understand the need to meet schedules and
budgets.
Redevelopment
Some of the Company’s most notable successes are in the area of
urban redevelopment. The Brandon Company’s first urban
redevelopment project was Red Bird Center in Miami. Purchased in the
mid '80's, the Company undertook the tasks of defining vested rights
and maximizing those rights to the point where Red Bird is today one
of the premier neighborhood redevelopment projects in the Miami
area. Redevelopment requires the hands-on approach, not only to
understand the issue of entitlements, but also to work with the
municipality to provide for its expectations and at the same time to
meet the investment needs of the property owners. |
