History

W.E. Brandon came to Florida in 1972 after careers in the Marine Corps and commercial real estate in North Carolina. He and his son Jeff began The Brandon Company in 1974 and were joined by son Stephen shortly thereafter. Together they developed 3.5 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial projects.

Over the past four decades The Brandon company has represented most of America's major property owners in management, leasing, and development of Florida commercial properties. A look at the company history reveals success in retail developments, asset management assignments, industrial warehouse developments, brokerage, management, and leasing services.
