The Academical Village at University Plaza will be located in Davie, Florida, on the NSU campus in the affluent western Broward County market. The Village will comprise 2,500,000 square feet of premier retail, residential, hotel, office, and medical space and will be located on thirty acres of property owned by University Associates, a partnership between The Brandon Company and NSU.
